Our foam yacht fender is primarily constructed from high-quality EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) foam, renowned for its lightweight yet high resilience. The inner layer is filled with closed-cell EVA foam plastics, which effectively absorb elastic energy and ensure the fender never sinks.

1. The outer skin of the yacht fender is composed of a tough thick nylon wire wound and reinforced polyurethane sprayed to form a hard whole. The reinforcement layer uses spirally wound embedded nylon tire cord intruded into the filled EVA foam. This advanced process makes the surface of the fender very strong and durable, suitable for all-weather and harsh marine conditions.
2. The base body adopts 100% closed-cell EVA foam hot lamination technology, which ensures energy absorption and will not break. This process does not use adhesive bonding in the production process. Therefore, this small boat fender has the advantages of high compression performance, long life, excellent function, and the material will not decompose.
